Trike Rental Agreement


This Trike Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered between Joyful Logistics, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," and "Renter", hereinafter referred to as the "Renter," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Trike Information: The Owner agrees to rent to the Renter the following Trike: License Plate: ZH30066

2. Rental Period: The rental period shall be on an hourly basis starting from the date signed on this contract. 

3. Rental Fee and Deposit: The Renter shall pay the Owner a rental fee of $59.99 for 2 hours, $79.99 for 4 hours, and $89.99 for 24 hours payable in advance. Additionally, the Renter shall provide a security deposit of $300, payable upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit shall be refunded upon return of the Trike, provided the Trike is in the same condition as when rented, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

4. Trike Use:4.1 The Renter agrees to use the Trike solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.4.2 The Renter shall not sublease, lend, or otherwise allow any other person to use the Trike without the prior written consent of the Owner.

5. Maintenance and Repairs: The Owner shall provide a well-maintained Trike to the Renter. However, the Renter is responsible for any damage to the Trike during the rental period. The Renter agrees to promptly notify the Owner of any mechanical issues or damages to the Trike.

6. Insurance: The Renter shall maintain insurance coverage for the rented Trike throughout the rental period. The Renter agrees to provide proof of insurance upon request.

7. Return of Trike: The Renter agrees to return the Trike to the Owner at the end of the rental period, in the same condition as when rented, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

8. Liability: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Renter's use of the Trike.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina.

10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
